I have been using linux for many many years and have always dealt with .tar.gz files. I have never used zip files on linux until today when I needed to unzip some 100 odd theme files for WordPress. A simple mistake on my part had me scratching my head.

External storage and backup storage is always a complicated issue. I have many external drives from a couple of USB keys up to a full Ethernet connected external 500GB drive. Brando appear to have what would be a perfect solution for me.
