Just found this site which cuts all the semi-religous rants regarding which OS is better. It gives a nice breakdown of the main reasons for choosing linux and the reasons for avoiding it. http://www.whylinuxisbetter.net/ Even for a veteran linux user like me it was a nice site to visit.

I had noticed the change to the favicon for google and just thought it was a special one similar to the way they change their logo on the search page for special events. Apparently not. Techcrunch have an article here with full details I wonder how long this one will last for?

Apple has announced that all Music will be DRM free from now on (Cheer), however you have to pay to “upgrade” your existing DRM Blighted downloads. More news here. And the cost of going DRM free The BBC iPlayer may be going HD shortly, but, they may also start charging?
