Blocking ads with hosts
I have found this to be the most effective and inoffensive way to block ads. Kudos To Mike.

Get rid of those old mobile phones and get money for them
This company http://www.fonebank.com/ takes your old Mobile Phones and gives you cash for them.
For example my old Nokia E70 got £30 and my original iPhone 8Mb got £105
I find this much easier and convenient than ebay’ing them and certainly better than leaving them in a drawer or binning them.
